The ESD equipment caster wheel with mounting plate 550 is characterized by a robust construction and a high load capacity of 50 kg. The housing is made of lightweight, pressed steel sheet, which is additionally galvanized to prevent corrosion. The fork heads are equipped with a double ball bearing, ensuring high maneuverability.
The wheels have a diameter of 75 mm and are made of polypropylene, while the tread is made of black rubber that is electrically conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The wheel width is 23 mm, and the attachment is via a mounting plate measuring 60 x 60 mm. The screw holes vary between 38x38 mm and 46x46 mm, with a screw hole diameter of 6.2 mm.
The Shore hardness of the wheel is about 85 Shore A, indicating medium to high strength. However, it should be noted that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. This caster is ideal for applications where high mobility and ESD protection are required.
