The ESD swivel casters with top plate 600 from Blickle are characterized by a high load capacity of 175 kg under static load and 70 kg in motion. The casters consist of a robust steel sheet housing from series B, which is galvanically zinc plated and blue passivated, as well as Cr6-free, ensuring high corrosion resistance.
The tread of the wheel from the TPA series is made of a high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a Shore hardness of 85 A, allowing for mark-free and oil-resistant use. The wheel body is made of impact-resistant polypropylene. This material combination offers very high chemical resistance and is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although with reduced load capacity at temperatures above +30 °C.
The casters comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are therefore conductive, making them ideal for use in ESD-protected areas. With a wheel width of 32 mm, a diameter of 100 mm, and an overall height of 125 mm, as well as mounting via a top plate measuring 100 x 85 mm, these casters are versatile. The weight per caster is 500 g.
