ESD Fixed castor with top plate 600, load capacity 200 kg
The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate 600 from Blickle are designed for a static load capacity of up to 200 kg and comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The housing of the B series is made of galvanically zinc-plated, blue passivated sheet steel, which is Cr6-free, ensuring high durability and corrosion resistance.
The casters feature a wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene in black and a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A in gray. This combination not only provides a non-marking and oil-containing surface but also a very high chemical resistance against many aggressive agents.
The swivel casters have a wheel diameter of 125 mm, a total height of 150 mm, and a wheel width of 32 mm. They are mounted via a mounting plate measuring 100 x 85 mm. Additionally, the casters are temperature-resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, with the load capacity reduced to 80 kg at temperatures above +30 °C.
Thanks to the plain bearing and conductive properties, these casters are particularly suitable for technical use in dynamic and demanding environments.
