ESD Swivel castor with mounting plate 600, load capacity 175 kg

The ESD caster wheels from Blickle, model with mounting plate 600, feature a maximum static load capacity of 175 kg and are specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The housing of the LE series is made of galvanically zinc-plated and blue passivated sheet steel, which is free from Chromium VI, and includes a double ball bearing in the swivel head as well as a swivel head seal. These features ensure smooth operation and a long lifespan.
The wheel of the TPA series is made from a wheel body of break-resistant polypropylene in black and a tread of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a Shore hardness of 85 A, which is gray and non-marking. The casters are highly resistant to many aggressive substances and temperature-resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The casters comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and have an overall height of 125 mm and a wheel width of 32 mm. The attachment is made via a mounting plate measuring 100 x 85 mm. The casters are unbraked and feature a plain bearing in the wheel.
