The ESD wheel from Blickle, equipped with a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) and a hardness of 85 Shore A, offers a load capacity of 175 kg under static load and 70 kg when moving. The gray, non-marking tread is cohesively and inseparably bonded to the black wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene, ensuring low rolling and swiveling resistance.
The technical specifications include a wheel diameter of 100 mm, a wheel width of 32 mm, an axle hole of 12 mm, and a hub length of 45 mm. The wheel features a plain bearing and high chemical resistance to many aggressive substances. It is conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
