ESD Wheel with thermoplastic rubber tread 600, load capacity 200 kg
The ESD wheel from Blickle is equipped with a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE), which has a hardness of 85 Shore A and features a non-marking, gray color. This tread is integrally bonded and inseparably connected to a wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene, which is colored black. With a diameter of 125 mm and a wheel width of 32 mm, the wheel offers low rolling and swiveling resistance, which facilitates handling.
The technical specifications include a load capacity of 200 kg under static load and 80 kg in motion. The wheel exhibits high chemical resistance against many aggressive substances and is temperature-resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. Furthermore, the product meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying it for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
