ESD Swivel chair CLASSIC Ergonomic
The ESD swivel chair CLASSIC Ergonomic by EPAchair, manufactured by DPV, combines ergonomic design with ESD safety requirements, ideal for use in sensitive work environments. This model is designed according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers effective dissipation of electrostatic charges through conductive cushions, seat and back shells, as well as safety twin casters. The ergonomically shaped, disc-friendly seat measures 47 x 44 cm and allows for individual adjustment together with the continuously adjustable seat height (43-55 cm) through a safety gas spring. The backrest is adjustable both in height (40 cm) and in tilt, and supports a healthy sitting posture through the asynchronous technology. Additionally, the backrest can be adjusted to body weight using permanent contact. The chair stands on a polished aluminum base and is equipped with conductive safety twin casters for hard floors, ensuring high mobility at the workplace. The maximum load capacity of the chair is 120 kg. ESD suitability of the CLASSIC Ergonomic ESD swivel chair from EPAchair
The CLASSIC Ergonomic has a dissipative back shell and seat shell. The upholstery and castors are also dissipative. It also has an ESD marking and is ESD-compliant in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is suitable for use in electrostatically protected areas.
Durable upholstery and covers
The durable upholstery made of certified polyurethane foam with a density of up to 34 kg/m3 is characterized by its dimensional stability.
Fabric is highly durable, breathable and conductive.
Synthetic leather is particularly hard-wearing, wipeable and resistant to oil.
Ergonomic workplace

Thanks to optimum back support, employees can concentrate fully on their precise work on electronic components - for greater efficiency and satisfaction in the workplace.
1. Asynchronous technology
The angle of inclination of the backrest and seat can be adjusted independently of each other so that the desired sitting posture can be set individually. The chair supports active and dynamic sitting by alternating between an upright and reclined posture.
2. Adjustable backrest
The height of the backrest can be adjusted to suit the user's height. This ensures optimum support for the back, especially in the lumbar region. This ensures that the back is always optimally supported.
3. Adjustable seat height
The seat height can be adjusted to suit individual body height, ensuring an ergonomic sitting posture.
4. Adjustable seat tilt
The tilt of the seat can be adjusted to suit different requirements. This promotes an ergonomic posture when working in a slightly raised position and leaning forwards.
5. Weight regulation
The seat tilt pressure can be individually adjusted to the body weight, enabling a dynamic sitting posture. The adjustment is made simply using a rotary knob.
5. Permanent contact backrest
The permanent contact backrest enables permanent contact between the backrest and back, even when the sitting position changes frequently. This means that the back is always optimally supported.
