The LUAN GREY-RED LOW ESD by Elten is a highly functional safety shoe specifically designed for use in demanding work environments. The upper is made from a combination of mesh and microfiber, using recycled materials to promote sustainability. The steel toe and metal-free puncture-resistant protection offer optimal safety, while the padded tongue and breathable textile lining provide comfort.The TPU/PU sole ensures high safety at the workplace with its oil- and chemical-resistant as well as antistatic properties. Additionally, the sole offers extra stability through its optimal cushioning behavior and slip resistance according to EN ISO 20345 S1PS SR. The shoe is available in sizes 35 to 48 and is aimed at a unisex audience. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
