Safety shoe ESD AirFit, blue

The HKS AirFit ESD safety shoe, in attractive blue, offers optimal protection and comfort for everyday work. The mesh upper and lining ensure breathability and a comfortable fit. The innovative PU Power Foam midsole and TPU rubber sole provide excellent cushioning and stability. The shoe is equipped with a steel toe cap and a textile puncture-resistant layer (Helium®), making it exceptionally safe.
The outsole is oil and gasoline resistant as well as antistatic, and meets the standard EN ISO 20345 S1PL SR FO, making it an ideal choice for industrial work environments. The size range extends from 36 to 42, ensuring a wide fit coverage. Additionally, the shoe is vegan and offers the possibility to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. The lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment, while the lightweight of 440 g (size 42) minimizes foot fatigue throughout the day.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PL
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 4.5 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

Safety shoe ENERGY AirFit

The AirFit safety shoe from HKS combines advanced protective functions with a high level of comfort for professional use. The upper is made of breathable mesh, complemented by a steel toe cap and penetration protection made of innovative Helium® textile material, which ensures safety without compromise. The TPU rubber sole together with the PU Power Foam midsole provides excellent cushioning and stability, while the cool mesh textile lining ensures optimum ventilation.
The shoe is vegan and complies with the EN ISO 20345 S1PL SR FO safety standard, making it oil and petrol resistant and antistatic. The insole is replaceable and compatible with orthopaedic insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191.

The low shoe is available with either a lace-up or BOA fastener.
