PCB magazine 803.1 PS
The CAB 803.1 PS circuit board magazine, made from heat-resistant polystyrene, offers optimal conditions for handling circuit boards in automated and manual processes. The magazine features a variable width adjustment, which can be done either electrically or manually using a timing belt, allowing flexible adaptation to various circuit board sizes from 40 to 310 mm in width and up to 387 mm in length.The robust construction is partially assembled, which not only allows for space-saving shipping but also ensures easy final assembly by the customer. The magazines are stackable and have funnel-shaped guide grooves and attached positioning strips that support precise placement and prevent the boards from being inserted at an angle.
The temperature resistance of the slots reaches up to 60°C, while the permissible ambient temperature is up to 50°C. The ESD-safe design with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω ensures that the circuit boards are protected from electrostatic discharges. Weighing 6.2 kg and with compact external dimensions of 400 x 380 x 563 mm, this magazine is an efficient solution for the storage and transport of circuit boards.

PCB magazines series 800 PS partially assembled
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall.
Automatic operation:
When inserting the magazine into the loader, a wedge moves a bar outwards. When removing the magazine, the slot is locked again.
Manual operation:
During the manual operation the bar is moved outwards when lifted and locks in the upper position. When lifted again, the slots are locked.
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.

The PCB magazines are available in various standard sizes. The different types correspond to the commonly used magazine sizes on the market.
Partly assembled
The magazine is delivered as a set consisting of a set of baseplates and a set of partitions. The final assembly is done by the customer.
