The ESD Splendid Green GH Low safety shoe from Albatros is made from recycled PET bottles and combines sustainability with high safety. The upper material is made of SAFETY KNIT® Green, which provides flexibility and breathability. The fiberglass cap and flexible FAP® Green penetration protection ensure optimal safety. This metal-free low shoe is available in sizes 36 to 47 in black/green and meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC and additionally offers HRO heat resistance. The outsole is oil, acid, and petrol resistant as well as antistatic. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
FAP®
A flexible penetration protection made of ceramic-coated fibres protects the entire surface of the feet from penetrating objects.
FAP® is a non-metallic material specially developed for safety shoes made of several layers of extremely tear-resistant textile fibers. The FAP® midsole provides greater comfort, flexibility, cold insulation, moisture absorption and shock absorption for the wearer.
SAFETY KNIT®
STEP IN COMFORT - The highly flexible textile fabric adapts perfectly to the foot and fits like a sock.
