ViPlus Software
Functions such as automatic edge detection, live overlays, anchor point snapping and an on-screen grid are available for precise measurements. All measurement data is automatically saved in tabular form and can be transferred directly to test reports. DXF compatibility ensures easy integration of technical drawings and facilitates comparison with CAD data.
ViPlus allows the configuration and storage of individual camera settings, which can be quickly retrieved for recurring processes. Image details can be selectively highlighted using the threshold control, the canny edge detector and various digital filters (e.g. color and contrast control) - ideal for difficult lighting conditions or poorly visible structures.
The software offers annotations, scalable symbols, measurement tools such as lines, points, ellipses and automatic feature recognition for quick analysis. Differences between similar images are automatically recognized - regardless of orientation - thanks to intelligent segmentation and comparison algorithms.
ViPlus is optimized for efficient visual inspection, saves time during documentation and ensures reproducible, high-quality results thanks to powerful image analysis - ideal for industrial production, quality assurance and research.
