The UV/LED magnifying lamp MAGNIFYING from Ideal-tek is a high-quality inspection lamp that offers both ultraviolet and standard white LEDs. This lamp is particularly suitable for detailed examinations, such as the inspection of protective coatings, tiny cracks, and dust particles on circuit boards, as well as checking the integrity of welds and identifying gemstones. The UV LEDs operate at a wavelength of 365 nm, ideal for all materials that fluoresce under UV light.The lamp features an extra-wide glass lens measuring 190 x 158 mm and provides 2.25x magnification with a 5-diopter lens, which minimizes eye strain and enhances efficiency during inspection. Additionally, the lamp is equipped with 48 adjustable white LEDs and 30 UV LEDs, which allow for touch-sensitive brightness control. The fully covered, spring-balanced arm and the 360° swiveling lamp head increase flexibility and ease of use.
The technical specifications include a color temperature of 6,500 K, a power of 6 W, and a luminous flux of 1100 lumens. The device is ESD safe and should only be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth to avoid damaging the ESD-safe properties. The lamp weighs 2300 g and requires a voltage of 230 V.
Please note that UV radiation can cause eye and skin damage. Protective measures such as UV protective glasses and gloves, as well as avoiding direct UV exposure, are recommended to minimize risks.

Product maintenance
ESD paint is not suitable for cleaning with alcohol-based cleaning agents. The ESD-safe properties of the paint will be damaged and some of the paint will be removed. Paint should only be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth.
