MAESTRO 4S

Both small and large PCBs are cut quickly, economically and stress-free with the MAESTRO 4S.

The blade distance is entered on the control panel and adjusted by motor.
Up to nine programs can be saved.
The cutting length is infinitely adjustable via limit switches.
The cutting performance is displayed for preventive maintenance of the blades.

Cutting aluminum

The standard roller blade with special blade setting must be used for cutting aluminum. Information on this can be found in the operating instructions (see documents). Aluminum PCBs are manufactured in different alloys. We recommend enclosing sample PCBs with the order to adjust the roller blade and optimize the cutting geometry.

If the scoring groove is traversed once, sensitive components located close to the scoring groove can be damaged by tensile and compressive stresses. Passing over the scribe groove twice with motorized adjustment of the blade distance minimizes the stresses considerably. The quality of the assembled PCBs is significantly improved.

The pre-scored groove can be interrupted by cut-outs.

For protruding parts the linear blade must be recessed.
