The Universal Side Cutter 512N from the Weller Erem Series 500 Micro is a robust, medium-sized precision tool for versatile cutting tasks in microelectronics. Made from high-quality tool steel, this tool offers hardened cutting edges with a hardness of Rockwell 63-65 HRc and a non-reflective, ESD-safe surface. The integration of a double self-locking screw joint minimizes wear and provides a large range of motion, while the patented opening system invisibly integrates the springs, reducing the risk of injury and increasing durability. The Stop! limiting system prevents the blades from crossing over, thus providing additional protection. An optional wire holder is available, which prevents eye injuries and assembly damage from uncontrolled detached cutting debris.
