The Wiha Pliers Set ESD 5-pcs, including tool pouch, is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive areas, complying with the standards IEC 61340-5-1 and featuring a surface resistance of 10⁶ - 10⁹ Ohm. This set includes four high-quality pliers: a flush cutter without bevel for flush cuts, a side cutter with a large bevel for hard and very hard steel wires, an oblique cutter with a small bevel for precise cuts on soft materials like copper wire, and a long nose pliers for versatile applications.
The pliers are made from drop-forged steel and feature individually tempered and inductively hardened edges with a hardness of approximately 64 HRC, making them particularly robust and durable. The box joint is highly loadable and secure against twisting. Ergonomically designed handles with perfectly distributed hard and soft zones allow for fatigue-free working. The attractive design with a finely polished head completes the professional appearance.
