This high-quality combination pliers from KNIPEX, made from chrome vanadium electric steel, is specifically designed for professional use and meets strict VDE standards. With a length of 160 mm and a chrome-plated surface, the tool offers a robust and durable solution for various applications. The pliers feature wear-resistant gripping jaws with a hardness of approximately 53 HRC and blades that are additionally induction hardened to achieve a blade hardness of about 64 HRC. This allows for cutting soft and hard wire as well as piano wire up to a diameter of 1.5 mm for piano and 2.0 mm for hard wire.The insulated handles provide additional safety when working under voltage up to 1000V and comply with standards DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900. The combination pliers are not only suitable for flat and round materials but are also ideal for thicker cables, thanks to their long and wide head shape.
