The ESD swivel casters with back hole - Double Stop (DS) 500 combine functionality and safety in one product and are ideal for applications where electrical conductivity is required. These casters have a load capacity of 135 kg and are equipped with a noise-reducing solid rubber that has vibration-damping properties and a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A. The tread of the wheel is made of odorless solid rubber and is colored black.
The wheel has a diameter of 160 mm and a width of 40 mm, while the total height of the caster is 191 mm. The projection measures 55 mm and the total weight is 2535 g. The wheel body is made of sheet steel with a roller bearing, and the housing made of galvanized standard sheet steel is equipped with a fork head that features double ball bearing. The seal is provided by an integrated ball spacer.
The ESD swivel casters are equipped with a 12 mm back hole for mounting and have electrical conductivity, making them suitable for ESD-sensitive environments. However, note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor.
