ESD Light duty fixed castor with top plate 550, load capacity 90 kg, heavy version
This heavy-duty ESD series 550 caster wheel features a robust, galvanized steel sheet housing and is designed with a load capacity of 80 kg for use in industrial environments. The mounting plate measures 77 x 67 mm, allowing for easy installation. The wheel itself has a diameter of 100 mm and a width of 32 mm, made from polypropylene with a tread of black, electrically conductive rubber that meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The caster has a double ball bearing in the swivel head and a thread guard that increases the product's durability. Despite the high load capacity, it should be noted that plasticizer diffusion can cause discoloration of the floor. The hardness of the rubber tread is about 85 Shore A, which provides an optimal combination of hardness and flexibility.
Mounting is done through screw holes spaced 38 x 46 mm apart, and the wheel is equipped with an 8.5 mm screw hole for efficient use.
