The ESD device caster wheel with mounting plate 550 - Double Stop combines functionality with high load capacity and ESD compliance. This model features a lightweight, yet robust galvanized steel sheet housing to prevent corrosion. The double ball bearing in the fork head ensures smooth steering.
The wheel body is made of polypropylene, while the tread is made of black rubber, which is electrically conductive and has a Shore hardness of about 85 A. This ensures safe handling of sensitive electronic devices according to ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The caster has a mounting plate measuring 60 x 60 mm with screw holes that are spaced 38 x 46 mm apart, allowing for easy installation. The wheel width is 23 mm and the wheel diameter is 75 mm. With a maximum load capacity of 50 kg, the caster is ideal for use in technical environments.
Note that plasticizer migration can cause discoloration of the floor. This model also includes a practical double stop for added safety.
