The ESD-apparatus caster "stop-fix" 650 from Blickle is characterized by a high load capacity of 125 kg and a robust steel sheet housing that is galvanically galvanized and blue passivated. The wheels of the TPA series have a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A in gray color, which leaves no marks and is oily. The wheel body is made of break-resistant polypropylene in black.
The swivel caster offers a double ball bearing in the swivel head, a stable central bolt, and minimal swivel head play, which guarantees smooth running and a long lifespan through the special dynamic Blickle riveting. It is highly chemically resistant to many aggressive media and temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The caster meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is conductive, making it ideal for ESD-sensitive environments. With a total height of 100 mm and a wheel diameter of 75 mm as well as a width of 25 mm, the caster is compact and efficient. The mounting plate measures 60 x 60 mm and offers an easy attachment possibility.
