The ESD device caster wheel "stop-fix" 650 from Blickle is distinguished by a high load capacity of 150 kg and is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas, in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards. The housing of the LPA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated sheet steel, is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring a long lifespan and minimal swivel bearing play. The double ball bearing in the swivel head ensures smooth running.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A and is oil-containing and non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene enhances the robustness of the caster. The caster offers very high chemical resistance and is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although with reduced load capacity above +30 °C.
The caster is equipped with a mounting plate measuring 60 x 60 mm and features a plain bearing. The total height is 123 mm, the wheel diameter is 100 mm, and the wheel width is 25 mm.
