The ESD caster wheel with mounting plate 650 from Blickle is designed for demanding industrial applications and can statically carry up to 150 kg. With a total height of 123 mm and a wheel diameter of 100 mm, the product provides a robust solution for material handling. The housing is made of galvanically galvanized sheet steel, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring high corrosion resistance.
The caster features a double ball bearing in the swivel head and a stable central bolt, allowing for smooth and durable operation. The wheel body is made of impact-resistant polypropylene and the tread is made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, which is non-marking and oil-containing, allowing use on sensitive surfaces.
The chemical resistance is very high against many aggressive media, and the temperature resistance ranges from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. The caster meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is conductive, making it ideal for ESD-protected areas.
Additional technical specifications include an offset of 33 mm, plate dimensions of 60 x 60 mm, and a wheel width of 25 mm. The bolt hole spacing is 48 x 48 mm, which facilitates mounting. This product offers a reliable and lasting solution for technical needs in various industrial environments.
