ESD Fixed castors with top plate 500, load capacity 50 kg
The ESD swivel casters with a 500 load capacity offer an optimal solution for applications where electrical conductivity and robustness are required. With a load capacity of 50 kg and a static load capacity of 492 kg, these casters are ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The casters feature a wheel body made of steel sheet with a roller bearing, while the tread is made of odorless, black solid rubber tires that are not only quiet but also vibration-damping.
The ILC housing series made of standard galvanized steel sheet ensures durability and stability. The casters are designed with a Shore hardness of 85 Shore A and have a wheel diameter of 80 mm and an overall height of 100 mm. The swivel casters are also mounted with a mounting plate, which measures 100 x 80 mm, and have an axle hole size of 8 mm.
Please note that plasticizer diffusion can cause contact discoloration of the floor. These casters are an excellent choice for technical applications where both mobility and ESD protection are required.
