The ESD device castor wheel with center hole 650 from Blickle is characterized by a robust construction and high functionality. The housing of the LRA series is made of galvanically galvanized sheet steel, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free. The double ball bearing in the swivel head ensures minimal play and smooth running, which significantly extends the life of the product through the special dynamic Blickle riveting.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A in gray, which is non-marking and oil-containing. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene is kept in black. This combination offers very high chemical resistance and is conductive according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Technical specifications include a static load capacity of 75 kg with a wheel width of 19 mm and a diameter of 50 mm. The total height is 69 mm, and the offset is 23 mm. The caster can be used in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C, with the load capacity reduced to 30 kg at temperatures above +30 °C.
Weighing only 100 g and with a plate diameter of 49 mm, this unbraked device castor offers an efficient solution for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
