The ESD caster wheel from Blickle is distinguished by a high-quality thermoplastic rubber tread that has a hardness of 85 Shore A. This tread not only offers low rolling and swivel resistance but also leaves no marks on the floor and is firmly attached to the wheel body. The wheel body itself is made of break-resistant polypropylene in black.
The caster has a load capacity of 75 kg under static load and 30 kg in motion. With a wheel diameter of 50 mm, a wheel width of 19 mm, a hub length of 22 mm, and an axle hole of 8 mm, this caster is suitable for a variety of applications. It is ESD-compliant according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers high chemical resistance as well as temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The caster is equipped with a plain bearing, which contributes to its durability and ease of maintenance. With a total weight of 100 g, it is an efficient solution for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
