The ESD-apparatus swivel caster with back hole 650 from Blickle offers a load capacity of 75 kg and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The housing of the BRA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated, blue passivated steel sheet that is Cr6-free, ensuring additional environmental compatibility. The wheel features a wheel from the TPA series, whose tread is made of high-quality, thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A. The color of the tread is gray and leaves no marks. The wheel body is made of impact-resistant polypropylene in black.
The wheel is characterized by high chemical resistance and a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. The total height is 69 mm, the wheel diameter is 50 mm, and the wheel width is 19 mm. The weight of the wheel is 100 g. The mounting is done via a back hole with a diameter of 11 mm. The wheel is equipped with a plain bearing, which allows for easy and low-friction movement.
