The ESD appliance caster wheel with back hole 650 from Blickle is characterized by its robust construction and high-quality materials. The housing of the LRA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated sheet steel, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring a long lifespan and minimal swivel bearing play. The double ball bearing in the swivel head ensures smooth operation.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A in gray color, which is non-marking and oil-resistant. The wheel body is made of break-resistant polypropylene in black.
The caster is particularly resistant to chemicals and can withstand temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C, although its load capacity is reduced above +30 °C. It meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers a static load capacity of 150 kg with a wheel diameter of 100 mm and a total height of 121 mm. The caster is conductive and weighs 300 g. It is mounted via a back hole with a diameter of 11 mm.
This unbraked directional caster wheel is ideal for applications where a long lifespan and ESD protection are required.
