The ESD device caster "stop-fix" 650 from Blickle is equipped with a mounting plate and has a static load capacity of 75 kg. The housing of the LPA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated steel sheet, blue passivated and Cr6-free, which ensures a long lifespan and minimal swivel bearing play. The double ball bearing in the swivel head ensures smooth running.
The wheel of the TPA series is made from a high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A and is oil-containing and non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene guarantees stability and durability. The wheels offer very high chemical resistance and are temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The caster complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is conductive, which qualifies it for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The overall height is 71 mm, the wheel width is 25 mm, and the plate dimensions are 60 x 60 mm. The caster is also equipped with a lock, providing additional safety. Ideal for technical applications where high mobility is required.
