The P.C. Flex Mask is a high-quality, flexible protective mask for circuit boards, designed to protect sensitive areas during the soldering and repair process from solder, fluxes, and other chemical influences. This solder mask made of natural latex rubber without solvent additives is ideally suited for protecting contacts, switches, terminals, and plated-through holes. It also provides protection for electronic components from contact with flux and cleaning agents. After use, the mask can be easily removed without leaving any residue.
The thixotropic paste has a solid content of about 63% and has a slight ammonia smell. It is non-flammable and characterized by a curing time of about 40 minutes at room temperature and 15 minutes at 60ºC. The mask can withstand temperatures up to 268ºC during the soldering process and has a shelf life of about 6 months if unopened. With a volume of 3.8 liters, the P.C. Flex Mask offers a comprehensive solution for protecting critical components on circuit boards.

P.C. Flex Mask

P.C. Flex Mask is a solder mask made of latex rubber without solvent additives for protecting contacts, switches, connections, plated-through holes and other exposed areas on printed circuit boards during the soldering process. It can also be used to protect electronic components from contact with flux and cleaning agents. The mask is easy to remove afterwards and leaves no residue.
