The ESD cleaning swabs from Chemtronics provide a reliable solution for cleaning sensitive electronic components. These swabs are characterized by their excellent solvent resistance and a surface resistance of 10⁰ Ohm/square. They leave minimal ionic, non-volatile residues and cause no particle contamination. Additionally, they are effective regardless of humidity and are free from amines, silicones, and static dissipative coatings. A special feature is that they do not generate any tribo-charging and the handles dissipate 99% of a 5 kV charge within 0.5 seconds.The tip of the swab measures 6.4 mm in width and 10.2 mm in length, while the stem is 2.5 mm thick and 71 mm long. Each box contains 500 pieces, making them particularly economical. Ideal for all applications requiring precise and safe cleaning in electronics manufacturing and maintenance.
