The ESD cleaning swabs Sticky Swabs from ideal-tek are specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments. These swabs, with a head diameter of 1 mm and a stick length of 70 mm, are ideal for effectively removing particles from tight and hard-to-reach areas. The PVC stick and PVAC head ensure a soft, absorbent, and non-scratching application that is lint-free and leaves no adhesive residues.
The cleaning swabs meet the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are certified for Cleanroom Class 100 / ISO 5. Each box contains 25 pieces, individually packaged to maintain cleanroom standards. These swabs are an excellent choice for highly sensitive areas such as semiconductor manufacturing, where the control of environmental particles is crucial.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits. In order to prevent such damage, the air has to be filtered constantly.
