The ESD cleaning sticks Sticky Swabs from ideal-tek are specifically developed for use in cleanroom environments to efficiently remove particles from tight and hard-to-reach areas. These sticks are ESD-safe and meet the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for use in sensitive electronic manufacturing areas.
The tip of the sticks is soft, absorbent, and non-scratching, and they are also lint-free and leave no adhesive residues. This ensures safe application without damaging the surfaces. The cleaning sticks are certified for Cleanroom Class 100 / ISO 5, underscoring their suitability for highly sensitive cleanroom environments.
Each stick has a head width and thickness of 1.0 mm, and a stick length of 70 mm. The handle is made of PVC, allowing for robust handling. The packaging contains 10 pieces per box, with each stick individually packaged to prevent contamination and ensure cleanroom standards.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits.
