ESD cleaning sticks Sticky Swabs, head 2 mm

The ESD cleaning sticks Sticky Swabs from ideal-tek are specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments. These swabs are excellent for removing particles from tight and hard-to-reach areas and are suitable for use in Class 100 / ISO 5 cleanrooms. The tip of the swab is soft, absorbent, and lint-free, ensuring a non-scratching and residue-free cleaning.
The head material is made of PVAC and the handle of PVC, making the swabs particularly durable. The head diameter is 2 mm, the swab length 70 mm, and the handle width 2.0 mm. Each box contains 25 pieces of these high-quality cleaning swabs. These products comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are thus safe for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
The packaging of the swabs also contributes to their suitability for cleanrooms, as they are offered in a box that allows for safe and contamination-free storage and handling.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits.
