The ESD cleaning sticks Sticky Swabs from ideal-tek are specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments to effectively remove particles from tight and hard-to-reach areas. These swabs are ESD-safe and meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for applications in semiconductor manufacturing and other sensitive production environments.
With a head diameter of 2 mm and a stick length of 70 mm, the Sticky Swabs offer precise handling. The head is made of PVAC, while the handle is made of PVC, making both lint-free and non-scratching applications. Additionally, the swabs are free of adhesive residues and meet Class 100 cleanroom standards according to ISO 5.
Each box contains 10 pieces of these high-quality cleaning swabs, which are individually packaged to prevent contamination and ensure cleanroom standards. These features make the Sticky Swabs an indispensable tool for maintaining cleanliness and functionality in critical manufacturing areas.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits.
