The holder for additional bending tools is specifically designed for the cutting and bending machine TP 6 / V by Olamef and allows for easy retrofitting of the machine. This accessory is ideal for processing taped axial components that need to be cut and bent for vertical assembly. The machine itself features a robust construction, offering high reliability in processing terminal wires with a diameter of up to 1.3 mm.
The TP 6 / V can be equipped with various bending tools to handle different grid dimensions, which can be finely adjusted using a knurled screw. For instance, the bending tool RM 3.8 mm supports components with a minimum grid dimension of 3.8 mm, and the bending tool RM 5.08 mm supports those with 5.08 mm. The maximum length of the components can be up to 15 mm, while the maximum thickness reaches 0.8 mm.
This product significantly simplifies the interchange between different bending tools, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in production.
