The cutting and bending machine TP 6 / V-PR from Olamef is specifically designed for processing taped axial components. With an integrated bead device, connecting wires with a diameter of 0.5 to 0.8 mm can be efficiently cut and bent, with a bead added for secure mounting. The machine is designed for wire sizes in the specified range and a tape hole pitch of 5.08 mm.
The technical specifications include a width of 180 mm, a height of 220 mm, and a length of 490 mm. The machine can process components with a body length of 3 to 15 mm and a diameter of 0.5 to 8 mm. The distance between the component body and the wire end varies between 4.3 and 10 mm, while the distance from the top of the component body to the bend is between 3 and 5 mm.

TP 6 / V-PR

Cutting and bending machine for axial components, with crimping device, standing assembly

With the cutting and bending machine TP 6 / V PR taped axial components for the standing mounting can be cut and bent. The crimping device makes a crimp (snap in) on the leads. An adjustable motor drive is recommended and available as an accessory. Components with leads up to a diameter of 0.8 mm can be processed.

The machines differ in the pitch pattern (P = 2.54 mm or 5.08 mm)
