The KERN PCB 6000-1-2023e counting scale, manufactured by Kern, is a high-precision measuring instrument optimized for use in technical and educational environments. With a maximum weighing capacity of 6000 g and a readability of 0.1 g, this device ensures accurate results. The scale features a robust stainless steel weighing plate measuring 150 x 170 mm and integrates seamlessly into Industry 4.0 environments thanks to the KERN Universal Port (KUP), which enables the connection of external interfaces such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN, or Ethernet.
This facilitates data transfer to external devices and allows for remote control of the scale. A special anti-shock system between the weighing plate and the load cell reduces vibrations, thus increasing the speed and reliability of the weighing results. Optionally, the scale can be equipped with a rechargeable battery that offers up to 48 hours of operation without backlight and can be fully charged in about 8 hours.
