The self-explanatory counting scale CKE 16K0.1 from Kern, a renowned manufacturer with over 160 years of experience in precise weighing, is characterized by its high user-friendliness and robustness. The graphic-based control panel allows for intuitive use without extensive training and minimizes operational errors through a visualized workflow. The scale features a calibration program (CAL) for accuracy adjustment, requiring an external calibration weight.The functions include piece counting with selectable reference piece numbers and an automatic reference optimization that improves the average weight of the parts, as well as below-balance weighing. Power supply is standard via a power adapter (230 V / 50 Hz) or optionally via a rechargeable battery set, which offers an operating time of 50 hours.
Technically, the scale offers a backlit LCD display, readability and reproducibility of 0.1 g each, and a weighing range up to 16 kg with a linearity of 0.3 g. The robust weighing plate measures 340 x 240 mm. Note that delivery does not include a calibration certificate, but it can be optionally ordered.
