The County EVO is an advanced component counting device specifically designed for precise counting of taped axial, radial, and SMD components. It operates at a voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50-60 Hz. The width of the device is 130 mm, the height is 110 mm, and the depth is 240 mm, with a weight of 1.8 kg. The tape width for axial components ranges between 55 and 110 mm, while for radial components it is 18 mm.
Equipped with a microcomputer, the device allows counting in both directions and offers a division factor from 1 to 19, in addition to multiplication factors for smaller components such as 0402, 0201, and 01005. It features a total piece count capture and a preset piece count with an acoustic signal when the preset quantity is reached. A calibration test and self-diagnosis are integrated, as well as a memory for the last counted quantity.
Model 400.013 of the County EVO includes a battery, connections for a barcode reader, and printer/PC output. It is also equipped with a clock and a datalogger that stores the last 500 counts, enabling efficient tracking and analysis.
