The crank for SMD reel stands is specifically designed for use with the County EVO component counter. This state-of-the-art device enables precise counting of taped axial, radial, and SMD components. Counting can be performed in both directions, left or right, with a division factor that can be set from 1 to 19. Additionally, the device supports multiplication factors for smaller components such as 0402, 0201, and 01005.A special feature is the preset piece count, which operates with an audible signal as soon as the set piece count is reached. Furthermore, the device offers a total piece count recording, a calibration test, self-diagnosis, and a memory for the last counted piece count. Model 400.013 is additionally equipped with a battery, connections for barcode readers and printer/PC, a clock, and a data logger that stores the last 500 counts.
The hand crank facilitates the manual unwinding of the component belts, thus optimizing the counting process.
