County-S EVO counting device 220 / 240 V, 50-60 Hz

The County S EVO is a motorized counting device for SMD components, specifically designed for use with taped components. It offers an adjustable feed rate and a step-by-step feed function that allows for precise component counting. The device can be supplemented with a barcode reader and supports user identification for up to ten individuals. Additionally, an internal clock with a one-week backup function is integrated, and a data logger stores the last 500 counts.
The operation of the County S EVO is simplified by an interactive graphic display, which shows important information such as counting direction, number of holes per component, type of count, operator's name, as well as date and time. It has two operating modes: the total counter, which counts from zero and automatically stops at the end of the tape, and the preset counter, which stops upon reaching the preset number of pieces.
The device is equipped with a connection for printers or PCs and allows the totaling of partial counts. It features two lateral handles for transportation and can handle reels with a diameter of up to 400 mm.

The motorized component counter County-S EVO for SMD components offers two operation options:

1. Totalizer

The components are counted from zero by the motorized device. The counter stops automatically at the end of the tape for not losing the point of reference.

2. Preset mode
The component counter stops automatically when reaching the quantity manually set by the operator.

All funtions of the device are supported by an interactive graphics display and easy to execute.
The counting display shows the following data:

  • counting direction
  • number of holes per component
  • counting mode (total, preset quantity and rewinding)
  • operator's name
  • counting
  • date and time (or recorded barcode)
