The motorized component counting device County S EVO, specifically designed for SMD components, is characterized by its adaptability and user-friendliness. It allows two operating modes: the cumulative counter, which counts components from zero and automatically stops at the end of the tape, and the preset counter, which also automatically stops after a desired quantity is entered via the keyboard once the predetermined number of pieces is reached.
The feed speed of the device is adjustable, and it offers a step-by-step feed that precisely counts individual components. Additional features include a barcode reader input, an empty-pocket check, connections for printers and PCs, user identification for up to 10 people, and an internal clock with a one-week backup. A datalogger stores the last 500 counts, and the device supports the totalization of partial counts.
Additionally, the device is equipped with an interactive graphic display that shows the counting direction, number of holes per component, type of count, the name of the operator, the current count, as well as date and time. For easy transport, two side handles are integrated. An accessory footplate/support for reels with a diameter over 400 mm is available, model number 8301.150, which enhances the stability and mobility of the County S EVO.
