The Vieweg DC1060 digital dosing device offers a precise solution for applications in digital dosing technology with a maximum output pressure capacity of 6 bar. It features user-friendly operation with buttons on the left and right side of the display, which clearly shows all relevant settings and monitoring information such as dosing duration, teach-in function, program selection, and shot counter. The digital pressure monitoring and display facilitate the handling of the device, which has a standard I/O port for communication via PLC or machine control.The device measures 260 x 75 x 220 mm and weighs 1.5 kg. It can be operated manually or on a timer, with an air pressure input of 5 - 7 bar and an air pressure output of 0.08 - 6 bar. The power supply is via an input voltage of 85-264 V AC and a working voltage of 24 V DC. The device has 8 program slots and a display with 128 x 64 pixels.
The package includes a cold appliance cable, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the air pressure input, a 30cc cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three 30cc plugs, and a 134-piece dosing needle assortment. This comprehensive accessory package supports the versatile usability of the dosing device in various application areas.
