The DC1140 Digital Dosing Device is designed for precise, pneumatically controlled dosing, suitable for 3 – 55cc micro cartridges. It features a precision air pressure regulator for exact pressure adjustment to the material in the cartridge. Digital pressure monitoring including display of input pressure and calibration of vacuum retention, displayed on the backlit screen, enhances process reliability. Additionally, the device includes a timer, I/O port, EMC safety, and various controls such as status LEDs and operation buttons.
