The DC1220 dispenser from Vieweg is a high-precision, fully digital instrument specifically designed for demanding dispensing tasks. With a maximum output pressure of 2 bar and an input pressure capacity between 5 and 7 bar, it offers a flexible range of applications. The dimensions of the device are compact with a width of 235 mm, a height of 75 mm, and a length of 220 mm, with a total weight of only 1.5 kg.
The innovative display of the device allows for the precise reading of working pressures both in numerical form and as a level indicator. Users benefit from a teach-in function, eight program memory slots, a shot counter, and simple menu navigation that guarantees the highest level of user comfort. The integrated I/O interface allows communication via PLC or other machine controls.
Standard accessories include a cold device cable, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for compressed air input, a cartridge adapter, cartridges, plugs, and an extensive range of dispensing needles. The display is backlit, EMC-safe, and offers a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels. Additionally, the device features status LEDs and control buttons for optimal handling.
