DC1240 Digital dispenser - max. 4 bar

The Vieweg DC1240 digital dosing device, designed for a maximum operating pressure of 4 bar, is distinguished by its advanced digital technology. It features an intuitive display that represents all important working pressures both as a level indicator and as a numerical value. This allows for precise and reproducible adjustment of dosing pressure, vacuum retention, and dosing times.
The device is equipped with a teach-in function, a program selection with eight memory slots, and a shot counter, making it particularly user-friendly. Communication with higher-level control systems is easily possible thanks to the standard integrated I/O interface.
Additional features include a timer, a precision pressure regulator, input pressure monitoring, an illuminated display (128 x 64 pixels), EMC safety, and various status LEDs and control buttons.
The dimensions of the device are 235 mm in width, 75 mm in height, and 220 mm in length. It supports manual or time-controlled dosing, with a compressed air output range from 0.08 to 4 bar and a compressed air input from 5 to 7 bar. The time range for dosing extends from 0.01 to 999 seconds.
The device operates with an input voltage of 85 to 264 V/AC and a working voltage of 24 V/DC. The weight is 1.5 kg. The package includes a cold device cable, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the compressed air input, a cartridge adapter, cartridges, plugs, and an extensive assortment of dosing needles.
