The ESD Cleanroom Swivel Chair Basic 2 from bimos is specifically designed for use in highly sensitive cleanroom areas and offers a range of ergonomic and hygienic benefits in addition to its ESD capability. Equipped with a permanent contact backrest of 430 mm height and an adjustable seat height between 470 and 610 mm, this chair allows optimal adjustment to various body sizes and work environments. The conductive, braked casters ensure a safe and stable seating position.The cover made from phthalate-free and PVC-free synthetic leather is not only low in pollutants but also particularly resistant to disinfectants, making the chair ideal for use in cleanrooms with flammable chemicals. The cover is also fire-tested according to DIN EN 1021-1&2 and carries the Oeko-Tex label for environmental friendliness.
Technically, the chair is designed for the highest purity requirements and meets air purity class 3 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and class 1 according to US Fed. Std. 209E. The smooth and closed surfaces of the chair prevent swirls and deposits, while the foam-encased padding technology allows no particle emissions.
In addition, the chair offers a maximum load capacity of 120 kg and a backrest height of 43 cm, which, together with the polished aluminum base and easy cleaning options, makes the ESD Cleanroom Swivel Chair Basic 2 an excellent choice for demanding cleanroom applications. An optional conductive back shell is available.
