The Neon XXL ESD swivel chair in Ocean Blue, manufactured by bimos, combines advanced ergonomic features with effective ESD protection. This chair is made from volume conductive plastic and features conductive comfort cushions that comply with ESD standards DIN EN 61340-5-1. The ergonomically shaped cushions provide optimal support in the lumbar region and allow excellent freedom of movement thanks to the tapered backrest width at the top.The seat height can be adjusted from 47 cm to 64 cm, while the backrest has a height of 57 cm. The chair supports a maximum load of 180 kg and is equipped with a permanent contact backrest and conductive casters. The seat mechanism is based on synchronous technology, which, together with seat tilt and backrest height adjustment, allows for individual customization.
The model, certified according to GS and DIN 68877, features a black aluminum base and offers optional adjustable heavy-duty armrests. This chair is ideal for work environments that require both ergonomic comfort and precise ESD protection.

ESD suitability - the chair for reliable discharge
The discharge of electrostatic voltages in the ESD NEON is made possible by all materials and the connection technology. Castors and glides discharge voltages directly into the floor, but the plastic back shell, the upholstery and the coated steel parts are also conductive.
At all EPAs (ESD Protected Areas), the aim is to consistently prevent charging and uncontrolled discharge. The EN 61340-5-1 standard specifies the required resistances for this, but Bimo's ESD chairs meet even stricter requirements.
