Neon swivel chair XXL ESD with headrest, Ocean blue

The Neon XXL ESD swivel chair with headrest, manufactured by bimos, combines advanced ergonomic features with effective ESD protection. This chair is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments and meets the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard. The conductive casters and the volume conductive plastic ensure continuous grounding.
The seat height can be adjusted from 47 to 64 cm and the backrest is 57 cm high, which, together with the synchronous technology and the permanent contact backrest, provides optimal support and freedom of movement. The chair can support up to 180 kg and features a tapered backrest that supports the lumbar region while still allowing ample room for arm movement.
The seat tilt can be adjusted up to 9°, enabling an ergonomic seating angle of at least 90°. Additionally, the backrest's counterpressure can be individually adjusted to optimally respond to various body weights (80-180 kg).
Optional heavy-duty armrests are available, which are height-, width-, and depth-adjustable, as well as swivelable. The robust aluminum base and the GS certification according to DIN 68877 ensure safety and durability. The chair is available in the attractive fabric color "Ocean Blue," giving it a modern appearance.

The ESD NEON XXL swivel chair offers first-class ESD protection by safely dissipating electrostatic charges and fulfilling the protection values of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. Developed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute, it is the most reliable choice for the ESD sector. The ESD NEON also impresses with its outstanding ergonomics and offers your employees maximum sitting comfort.

ESD suitability - the chair for reliable discharge

The discharge of electrostatic voltages in the ESD NEON is made possible by all materials and the connection technology. Castors and glides discharge voltages directly into the floor, but the plastic back shell, the upholstery and the coated steel parts are also conductive.

At all EPAs (ESD Protected Areas), the aim is to consistently prevent charging and uncontrolled discharge. The EN 61340-5-1 standard specifies the required resistances for this, but Bimo's ESD chairs meet even stricter requirements.
